70% of e-mail from Asia 'spam'
Almost 70% of all electronic mail from Asia is "spam", or unsolicited advertisements, an anti-virus firm said on Friday.
The Philippines had the worst record with spam making up 88% of all e-mails, Symantec Corp said in excerpts of its Internet Threat Security Report released here.
The average percentage of e-mails sent from the Asia-Pacific region that were spam was 69%, the report added.

I hope fluorspar miner Sallies is not turning into a bottomless pit, but the news is not encouraging.
