(Bloomberg) -- Australian stocks rose, led by BHP
Billiton Ltd. and Woodside Petroleum Ltd. after prices of
commodities including copper and crude oil gained.
The S&P/ASX 200 Index climbed 16.20, or 0.3 percent, to
6329.70 as of 10:13 a.m. in Sydney. About 12 stocks rose for every
five that fell.
