(Reuters) - Vonage plans to appeal U.S. District Judge Claude Hilton's order that allows Vonage to only provide service to existing customers. Vonage is also required to post a $66 million bond.
Hilton said Vonage could be irreparably injured if he completely barred its use of Verizon technology. "Some question whether they could stay in business," he said.
