(Reuters) - Stockholders of Embarcadero will get $7.20 a share, which represents a premium of more than 4 percent over the stock's Thursday closing price of $6.88.
In a separate statement, Chapman Capital LLC, an investment advisor to two investment funds that together own 9.3 percent of Embarcadero, said it supported the deal.
