(Reuters) - The company said it would pay up to $135 million more in cash and stock based on the achievement of certain revenue milestones in 2007 to 2009.
Under the terms, NextWave will pay $25 million in cash and $75 million in NextWave common stock at the deal's closing, the wireless broadband mobile products maker said in a statement.
