(Reuters) - NEW YORK, April 9 - NextWave Wireless Inc. said it will buy privately held IPWireless Inc. for about $100 million in cash and stock, giving it technology to support a new generation of mobile broadband networks.
NextWave, a wireless technology developer and owner of wireless airwaves, said it could pay another $135 million in cash and stock based on the achievement of certain revenue milestones in 2007 to 2009.
