(Reuters) - The Kenya shilling firmed slightly against the dollar in quiet trade on Monday and dealers expected a stronger local unit in the days ahead.
At 0840 GMT, commercial banks quoted the local unit at 66.75/85 to the greenback, five cents stronger than Friday's close.
