(Reuters) - Sales totalled 10,177 cars in the three-month period, up from 7,586 units a year earlier, it said in a statement seen on Wednesday. Sales of BMW brands rose 31 percent to 9,836 units, with Minis up 283 percent at 341 units.
In the Greater China area including Taiwan and Hong Kong, BMW moved 12,419 vehicles in the January-to-March period, up 25 percent from the year-ago level.
