(Reuters) - TOKYO, April 10 - Shares in Ono Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. rose more than 3 percent after its top shareholder U.S. investment firm Brandes Investment Partners proposed a one-time dividend of 700 yen per share.
That is seven times the amount Ono plans to pay as its annual dividend for the year ended March 31.
